Facilities
Reservations can be made starting January of each new year. Shelters reservations are full day rentals from 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. any day April through October.
Picnic shelter rental fees are $40 for All Day for Clarke County Residents and $45 for All Day for Non-County residents; 50% discount for Clarke County non-profit organizations. Commercial activities are $80 per hour for non-Clarke residents and $60 per hour for Clarke County residents.
Located in the center of the park adjacent to the playground, the Rotary Shelter is equipped with electricity, grill, and water. It can accommodate up to 100 people. Comfort stations are located nearby at ball fields and the Recreation Center.

Note:
Reservations will be Cancelled if payment is not made in 72 hours after receiving the approved facility invoice.
Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the reserved date will receive a 50% refund. In the case of extreme inclement weather making the shelters unavailable for use, the reservation can be rescheduled.
