Facilities
The 25' x 15' Arts & Craft Room can accommodate 35 people. The Room also is equipped with a Refrigerator, Sink, and Stove. Rental Fees: $40 per hour for non-Clarke residents; $30 per hour for Clarke residents; 50 percent discount for Clarke County non-profit organizations. Commercial activities are $80 per hour for non-Clarke residents and $60 per hour for Clarke County residents.
Reservations can be made up to three months in advance. When scheduling a reservation, allow enough time for decorating and removing decorations.

Note:
Reservations will be Cancelled if payment is not made in 72 hours after receiving the emailed approved facility invoice.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before the reserved date receive a 50 percent refund. Reservations can be rescheduled if the facility must close due to inclement weather.
