Facilities

Reservations can be made starting January of each new year. Picnic shelters reservations are full day rentals from 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. any day April through October.

Rental fees are $40 for All Day for Clarke County Residents and $45 for All Day for Non-County residents; 50 percent discount for Clarke County non-profit organizations. Commercial activities are $80/hr for non-Clarke residents and $60/hr for Clarke County residents.

Located in the front of the park adjacent to the playground, the Kiwanis Shelter is equipped with electricity, a covered grill and water. The shelter will accommodate up to 50 people. Comfort stations are located at the front ball fields and the Recreation Center.

Note:

Reservations will be Cancelled if payment is not made in 72 hours after receiving the approved facility invoice.

Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the reserved date will receive a 50% refund. In the case of extreme inclement weather making the shelters unavailable for use, the reservation can be rescheduled
