Clarke County Parks and Recreation in collaboration with the Virginia Cooperative Extension and Extension Master Gardener volunteers are pleased to present a series of gardening classes locally for you.
Be a Landscape and Garden Hero
Participants will learn about best practices for a variety of gardening topics and their benefits for you and your environment. **Younger children with parental supervision welcome.

Container and Raised Bed Gardening– Why not make it easy on yourself and the environment, while enjoying healthy herbs and vegetables, reducing water consumption, doing less weeding and creating a healthy environment for all that live in your garden. Container gardening can be easy for anyone and helps to maximize what is best for your eating and gardening adventures. There will be seed and plant giveaways for participants.
