Discover the meditative art of English Paper Piecing (EPP)! This timeless hand-sewing technique involves wrapping fabric around paper shapes and whipstitching them together to create intricate, durable, and beautiful quilts, bags, and home decor. Perfect for beginners and a relaxing change of pace for experienced sewers. In this class you will learn the basics of preparing your materials, basting fabric to paper forms, and sewing them together using 1-inch hexagons. We will provide a complete starter kit; just bring your love of sewing! Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 2 classes.
